Why does the idea of God(s) contradict with evolution?

Well alien gods do exist and I have spoken with them extensively. Many people have seen them and had contact. Many people obviously conclude we are lying because they have not themselves been shown, but I promise you, we are not lying in the slightest. They did tell me they had our level of technology a long time ago but refused to let me know exactly how long, they said lets call it a million years, and I said so it is right at a million?, and the alien said not exactly but that gives a nice round number so we can visualize how far ahead they are technologically. The alien told me that the Big Bang did not create the universe, just the part of the universe that primitive human telescopes are capable of viewing and that humans have it wrong, the Big Bang was over 30 billion years ago. They do interfere with our planet quite a bit actually but most of what they do is done in a careful way so humans can't tell. They can not make the world perfect, they make key improvement here and there.
