Crappy cut help ?!?!?

I now know that i should NEVER, EVER, EVER cut my hair by my self. i always wanted short hair but now i hate it but indeed growing :D.. okay so i cut my hair dry, and all together like a pony tail. So the scissors where un sharp and got my self a crappy cut. Will it grow fine and healthy. or will it grow damged because its a "split end" but its rlly a crappy cut help ?!?! my mom ses to calm down because my hair is a little un even not very noticable but when its wet its super un even. She ses when it grows back she will cut it straight . please will it grow bad D:? tty so much people :D. i dont use any type of heat but air dry or sometimes rollers under a hair dryer on a meduim setting . i put lots of conditioner i my ends and deep condition it . i also use heat protection, and a damaged hair oil that helps hair come back to life but i dont belive it ;x help?!
