How much is weed in countries other than canada and is it easy to get?

here in canada bc it costs about 10 canadian dollars a gram and maybe half that if it is really sh*tty stuff and up to 20 dollars a gram for really good stuff there are a lot of grow ops here so there is a lot of Competition, you can get weed from anywhere schools, street corners and almost every teenager will know somebody that wants to sell you weed also the cops will almost always let you go for possession unless you have a lot, they believe your selling or growing, or your causing trouble also do they let you off with a warning in other countries?
